ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using the My Car Value website located at mycarvalue.com.au (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Platform. 2. ABOUT MY CAR VALUE My Car Value (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an online vehicle selling comparison platform operated from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Our Platform enables vehicle sellers (“Sellers”) to submit vehicle information and receive cash offers from independent third-party car buying companies (“Buyers”). My Car Value is not a car dealer, buyer, financial institution, or broker. We do not purchase vehicles, handle payments, or participate in any vehicle transaction. We are a comparison and lead generation platform only. 3. PLATFORM SERVICES My Car Value provides the following services:

• An online vehicle information submission form
• An automated vehicle valuation estimate based on submitted details
• A display of up to five (5) cash offers sourced from third-party Buyers in our network
• Contact information for Sellers to connect with selected Buyers

All services are provided free of charge to Sellers. 4. USER ELIGIBILITY To use My Car Value, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be the legal owner of the vehicle you are submitting, or be authorised by the legal owner to act on their behalf
• Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle being submitted
• Be located in Australia

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION You agree to provide complete and accurate information when submitting vehicle details on the Platform. My Car Value relies on seller-provided information to generate valuations and present offers. We accept no responsibility for inaccurate offers resulting from incorrect or misleading information provided by the Seller. 6. THIRD-PARTY BUYERS The cash offers displayed on My Car Value are sourced from independent, third-party car buying companies. My Car Value:

• Does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Buyer listed on the Platform
• Does not guarantee the accuracy or fulfilment of any offer made by a Buyer
• Is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between a Seller and a Buyer
• Is not responsible for any conduct including fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct – by any Buyer

Sellers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any Buyer before entering into a transaction. This includes verifying the Buyer’s identity, ABN, business address, and payment method. 7. NO LIABILITY FOR TRANSACTIONS My Car Value expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, financial harm, or legal claim arising from:

• Any transaction between a Seller and a third-party Buyer
• Failure of a Buyer to pay the agreed amount
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or deception by a Buyer
• Disputes over vehicle condition, ownership, or value
• Theft, damage, or loss of a vehicle during or after a transaction

You use this Platform and engage with Buyers entirely at your own risk. My Car Value strongly encourages all users to exercise common sense and caution when arranging and completing any vehicle sale. 8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree that you will NOT use My Car Value to:

• Submit false or fraudulent vehicle information
• Attempt to solicit or manipulate Buyer offers dishonestly
• Engage in any activity that is illegal under Australian law
• List vehicles that are stolen, encumbered, or subject to finance without disclosure
• Harass, threaten, or defraud any Buyer or other user
• Circumvent our systems, scrape data, or interfere with Platform functionality

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension of access to the Platform and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the My Car Value Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the intellectual property of My Car Value or its licensors and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without prior written permission. 10. PRIVACY Your use of this Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, My Car Value makes no warranties – express or implied – regarding:

• The accuracy of vehicle valuations
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party offers
• The availability or continuity of the Platform
• The fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Car Value, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of vehicle, loss of data, or other financial loss, arising from your use of this Platform or from any transaction facilitated through it. 13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably agree that any legal action, proceedings, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the My Car Value Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By using this Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane, Queensland for all such matters. 14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS My Car Value reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
