Seller Services — No Charge, No Return Required

My Car Value’s services for vehicle sellers — including submitting a valuation request, receiving cash offers, and being connected with buyers — are entirely free of charge. There is nothing to return and no fees to refund for seller-side use of the platform.

Buyer Subscription Services — Digital Service Policy

Subscriptions purchased by registered buyer businesses are for access to a digital platform service. As such:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced;
  • Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis for full unused months remaining, subject to the terms outlined in the Buyer Subscription Terms & Conditions;
  • No refunds are issued on the basis of lead quality, lead volume, or commercial outcomes;
  • In the event of a platform error that prevents access to your listing for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), please contact us to discuss a credit or extension of your subscription term.

Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact support@mycarvalue.com.au within 14 days of the charge date. Include your business name, ABN, the amount in question, and the date of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any right or guarantee that you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, we will provide it.
