supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which apply to all users of this Platform.

2. PLATFORM NATURE & LIMITATIONS

My Car Value is a free-to-use, independent comparison and referral platform for vehicle sellers. We do not:

• Buy, sell, or take possession of vehicles
• Provide financial or legal advice
• Guarantee the accuracy of any third-party offer
• Guarantee that any Buyer will honour their offer
• Act as an agent, representative, or guarantor for any Buyer listed on the Platform

All offers presented through My Car Value are generated by independent, third-party car buying companies. My Car Value
has no control over the final pricing, availability, or conduct of these businesses.

3. NO ENDORSEMENT OF BUYERS

The appearance of a car buying company on My Car Value does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee
of that company by My Car Value. We do not conduct background checks, financial assessments, or licensing verifications
of Buyers listed on our Platform.
Sellers are solely responsible for independently verifying the legitimacy, reputation, and financial capacity of any
Buyer before completing a transaction.

4. FRAUD & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

My Car Value is committed to maintaining a trustworthy platform. However, as with any online marketplace, there exists a
risk of fraudulent or deceptive conduct by third parties.
My Car Value is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability related to:

• Fraudulent offers made by Buyers
• Non-payment or delayed payment by Buyers
• Identity theft or misrepresentation by Buyers
• Theft, damage, or unauthorised use of your vehicle following a transaction
• Any illegal activity conducted by Buyers in connection with a vehicle purchase

We strongly urge all Sellers to:

• Use your common sense. If an offer seems unusually high or the process feels rushed or suspicious, take a
  step back.
• Never release your vehicle without confirmed, cleared payment. A promised payment is not a received
  payment.
• Verify the buyer’s identity. Ask for business details, ABN, and a formal written offer before proceeding.
• Meet in a safe, public location if conducting an in-person handover, and bring a trusted person with you.
• Trust your instincts. You are not obligated to proceed with any deal you are uncomfortable with.

5. SELLER OBLIGATIONS

As a Seller using My Car Value, you agree to:

• Submit only truthful and accurate information about your vehicle
• Not submit vehicles that are stolen, under active finance dispute, or owned by a third party without
  authorisation
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to defraud or mislead Buyers through the Platform
• Comply with all applicable Australian laws relating to the sale of motor vehicles

6. OFFER VALIDITY & EXPIRY

Cash offers displayed on My Car Value are generated at a point in time and may be subject to change. Offer validity
depends entirely on the third-party Buyer’s current policies and market conditions. My Car Value does not guarantee that
any offer displayed will remain available after the time of display.
Sellers should confirm offer validity directly with the relevant Buyer before making any decisions.

7. VEHICLE CONDITION ACCURACY

Valuations and offers are generated based on the information provided by the Seller. If the actual condition of the
vehicle differs materially from the information submitted, the Buyer may revise or withdraw their offer upon physical
inspection. My Car Value is not responsible for any discrepancy between a submitted offer and a revised or withdrawn
offer following vehicle inspection.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably agree
that any legal proceedings, dispute, claim, or action arising out of or relating to these Conditions or your use of the
My Car Value Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. My Car Value
will not submit to the jurisdiction of any court outside Brisbane, Queensland for any purpose whatsoever, and you waive
any objection to the laying of venue in Brisbane.

9. AMENDMENTS

My Car Value reserves the right to amend these Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be
posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any amended Conditions.
